Saxlingham Nethergate is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk, some 15 km (9.3 mi) south of Norwich. ~Wikipedia
The building still seems pretty much the same although no longer in use as a Post Office or shop. Thomas Simmons was the Postmaster in 1900 according to Kelly’s Norfolk Directory. He appears in the 1901 Census listed as a Subpostmaster & Stationer.
In the first postcard you can see the men are wearing Post Office uniforms. The gentleman standing near the trap seems to be in plain clothes, so perhaps this is Thomas SImmons. Below is another view (Simmons Series)…
