Brooke, Norfolk, Old Post Office c.1908

Brooke is a village and civil parish in the South Norfolk district of Norfolk, England, about 7 miles south of Norwich and roughly equidistant from Norwich and Bungay. The villages name simply means ‘Brook’. ~Wikipedia.

Richard Fryer Yallop was the postmaster at the turn of the century according to Kelly’s 1900 Directory of Norfolk.
